Turn a narrated walkthrough into working knowledge.
The lowest-friction way to capture the nuances and judgment calls your best people have learned over the years. They narrate the work while they do it, and Knowledge Capture writes the documentation.
One recording. Three artifacts.
Transcript
Every word, timestamped. The full narration, segmented and readable, so nothing your operator said gets lost.
Step-by-step SOP
What to do, what you should see on screen, and why. Each step is aligned to the exact moment it happened in the recording.
Tacit-knowledge playbook
The judgment behind the clicks: decision rules, heuristics, edge cases, vocabulary, and open questions routed back to the operator instead of guessed at.
Getting started
§ 01 · Record
Do the work and say what you're thinking
Record your screen right in the browser, or upload a video you already have. Narrate as you go: the happy path, the exceptions, the things you'd tell someone looking over your shoulder. Attach the documents you're working from and they're read alongside the recording.
§ 02 · Review
Extraction runs on its own
Your words are aligned with what was on screen, and the transcript,
SOP, and playbook are written for you. Every claim carries a
citation: [04:12] for something spoken,
[screen 04:12] for something visible. You can verify
each step against the recording before you trust it.
§ 03 · Share
Put it in front of your team
Send a read-only share link; no account is needed to view. Group related recordings into a workflow and synthesize them into one canonical process document, or export everything as portable markdown that lives wherever your knowledge base does.
Written for people. Ready for machines.
The artifacts are plain, portable markdown with the citations intact, which is exactly what an LLM wants to ingest. Load them into a knowledge base and let your team ask questions, or use them to ground an agent that helps do the work itself. Capture the job once and it trains your next hire and your next automation.
Faithful by design
A false rule in a knowledge base is worse than a missing one, because trainees and automations propagate it. Knowledge Capture never invents policy: every statement is cited to the recording, inferences are labeled as inferences, and anything ambiguous becomes an open question for the operator instead of a guess.
